We hope you love your HoroscopeHunnies purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • You must provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at horoscopehunnies@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products returned in a worn, washed, or damaged condition

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return address

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address. Please do not send any items back without receiving confirmation first.
